Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received before March 28, 2008 will be refunded less an administration fee of US $55.00 . From March 29 to July 15, 2008 the cancellation fee will be US $220.00 . Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. However, registrations may be transferred. Any cancellation charges imposed by accommodation providers will be payable by the participant.

Insurance
