Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received before March 28, 2008 will be refunded less an administration fee of US $55.00 . From March 29 to July 15, 2008 the cancellation fee will be US $220.00 . Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. However, registrations may be transferred. Any cancellation charges imposed by accommodation providers will be payable by the participant.

A list of participant will be issued to all participants and sponsors. If you do not want your details included on this list, please send an email to the Congress Secretariat.

Insurance

Participants should ensure they have sufficient personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, damage or loss of personal effects.
