Call For Contributions!
Dear Sir/Madam:
This is to update on the progress of TACC 2008 conference. We are pleased to inform you that several hundreds of researchers have registered and submitted their contribution for this exciting conference so far.
We would like to draw your attention for the following things :
The deadline for all contributions will be delayed to July 31, 2008. All abstracts will be reviewed, and the authors will be informed about the status of their presentation around August 15, 2008. If you have not submit your abstract yet, We will appreciate it if you send your abstract to tacc2008@gmail.com or dqwei@sjtu.edu.cn as soon as possible.
The template for abstract: template.rtf- Please note: if any one requires official invitation from the Chinese government, please provide a copy of the data page of your passport which includes the following information: photo, sex, passport number and expiration date of passport. Also please fill the application form (download here). Any accompanying person should also provide the passport copy. Please send the copy of passport and the application form to tacc2008@gmail.com or fax them to +86-21-34204573 BEFORE July 30th, 2008.
- In order to help students and scholars who have difficulty paying the registration fee the conference scholarship is available. A certain proportion of Registration fees will be waived for applicants who get the scholarship. The number and amount of the scholarship will be determined based on review of all applications submitted and will be released in the mid-Augest. Applicants of the conference scholarship should complete the application form and send it to tacc2008@gmail.com or fax them to +86-21-34204573 BEFORE July 31th, 2008. The International Conference on the Theory and Applications of Computational Chemistry in 2008 (TACC 2008) will be held September 23-27, 2008 in Shanghai, China.
